Introduction

Who we are and what we do

Livekingdomhall collectively, "we" "us" or "our" offers an online audio and video streaming platform where users may login (or call) and view / listen and listen to both live and recorded meetings through our website, mobile apps and tv apps. Congregations (“Customers”) stream live content and or record live content for later distribution through our platform. We provide attendance reporting from the use thereof. By using this public platform and software (collectively the “Service”) you understand and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Acceptance and Changes

By registering for, downloading, or using our services, you accept this Privacy Policy, which is part of our Terms of Service. We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any modified version of our Privacy Policy at https://livekingdomhall.com/privacy. If we change the Privacy Policy in a way that materially lessens our commitments to you, we will provide notice to registered users by email or other methods.

We do not knowingly collect information of persons who are under the minimum required ages specified herein. Residents of the European Union must be at least 16. Persons outside of the EU must be at least 13. Persons who are under 18 must obtain parental consent to use our services

3.4. Registration

Prior to using one or more of the Livekingdomhall Properties, Livekingdomhall may require certain Personal Information and Non-Personal Information to create an individual account (“Account”) or to enable features or functionality of the Livekingdomhall Properties. Failure to provide all required information required by Livekingdomhall may prevent access to any or all Livekingdomhall Properties, and failure to maintain accurate information may result in suspension or termination of access to any or all Livekingdomhall Properties.

3.5 Information Collected Through Technology

While you are able to visit the Livekingdomhall Site and remain anonymous, Livekingdomhall or its third party service providers may still collect Non-Personal Information about your use of the Livekingdomhall Properties (e.g. your Internet browser, operating system, IP address, device information). We collect the date, time, congregation you view and the number of viewers you tell us. Such information may be gathered by the following methods:

Cookies, including local shared objects, are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer’s hard drive which works by assigning to your computer a unique number that has no meaning outside of the Livekingdomhall Site. Livekingdomhall may use these technical methods in HTML e-mails that Livekingdomhall sends to Users to determine whether they have opened those e-mails and/or clicked on links in those e-mails. When you close an account, we will delete its content. 13. International Data Transfers and Certain User Rights

Livekingdomhall is based in the United States. We provide services globally using computer systems, servers, and databases located in the U.S. and other countries. When you use our services from outside of the U.S., your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the U.S. and other countries. 13.2 GDPR (EEA Users)

This Sections 13.2 applies only to natural persons residing in the European Economic Area (for the purpose of this section only, "you" or "your" shall be limited accordingly). It is Livekingdomhall's policy to comply with the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We may request additional information necessary to confirm User’s identity. We may reject requests that are unreasonably repetitive, excessive or manifestly unfounded.
